The 84 class is an extended practice designed to teach the full set of Ghosh Lineage poses, offered as a 2-hour session. Taught by Jordan Lydia, the class is structured for all levels, allowing participants to progress at their own pace. Jordan incorporates therapeutic techniques, with a strong emphasis on precision and attention to detail, ensuring each student practices safely and effectively. While participants may be at different levels, Jordan’s expertise allows her to assist them in overcoming their limitations, helping them free themselves from physical or mental barriers. She sets her students up for success, rather than struggle.

Language is always a reflection of level of consciousness, whether we intend it to be or not. Jordan wields language with precision and power, giving exactly what is needed to meet the moment in class. She has spent so much time practicing and thinking about each posture that there is almost no nuance she cannot capture and deliver to her students about it through Word. There is little personal overlay in her delivery of instruction, just always the sense that as a student, in her eyes, you could fly if you truly wanted to..."

It’s the highest yogi siddhi or mystic power, which is magic. The power of Kamasavayita, the ability to perform magic, miracles, manifestations; either through the natural world or the mystical miraculous realm.
